AR OFFSET RIM 30mm 29" 32H GREY

The Race Face AR rims offer an inexpensive alternative to the ARC high-end aluminum rims. In contrast to the ARC rims, they add a little extra weight due to a different aluminum alloy, but have the same rim profile the same design-related advantages on the trail. Due to the offset of the spoke holes, extremely stiff and more durable wheels can be built with the AR rims. This is achieved through a more balanced spoke tension between the drive side and the non-drive side. The AR offset rims are available with 25 to 40 Millimeters inside width, which means they cover a range of uses from XC to aggressive all-mountain.

A specially shaped rim well with a central recess and minimalist, short hooks on the rim flange keep the tire on the rim in every situation, even with low air pressures. If you drive tires on a wide rim, the risk of the tire jumping off is reduced, buckling in curves is prevented and the puncture protection is increased. The grip is significantly improved due to the larger contact surface of the tire.

The black anodized finish saves weight and gives the rims a subtle look with their vinyl decals. With a separately available tubeless kit, the rims can be converted to tubeless ready.
